The tunnel space is excavated. On July 31, 2016, the "Qianjin No.1" shield machine of Jinan Metro Line 1 was officially launched, starting the journey of tunnel excavation.
The complex geological conditions in Jinan bring many challenges to tunnel excavation. Among them, it is a worldwide problem for shield tunneling machine to pass through the karst area of "water-rich and high-strength limestone". The rock hardness in this area is high, and it is rich in groundwater, which is prone to the risk of water gush and collapse during construction. In order to overcome this problem, the builders from the tool selection, construction scheme, parameter control and other aspects of the active organization of scientific and technological research, expert demonstration. They selected tools suitable for hard rock tunneling, and continuously adjusted the tunneling parameters of shield machines according to the actual geological conditions, such as thrust, torque, and tunneling speed. At the same time, the use of grouting reinforcement and other technical means to strengthen the surrounding stratum, improve the stability of the stratum, effectively reduce the construction risk.
During the tunneling process, the shield machine also needs to precisely control the direction to ensure that the tunnel is excavated according to the designed line. Through the advanced measurement technology and guidance system, the construction personnel can monitor the position and attitude of the shield machine in real time and make timely adjustments to ensure the accuracy and quality of the tunnel.
On December 4, 2018, the project of two stations and two sections from Yuwang Mingdig section to Dayangzhuang Station of Jinan Rail Transit Line 1 contracted by the 14th Bureau passed the acceptance smoothly. The inspection group has a strong lineup, composed of Jinan quality Supervision station, Jinan Archives, Jinan rail Group, supervision units, design units, exploration units and so on. They are divided into two groups, external industry site quality and internal industry data launched a nuanced inspection and acceptance. After strict data review and on-site acceptance, the representatives of each acceptance party unanimously recognized the one-time acceptance of 8 sub-unit projects such as Yuwang Area, Wangfuzhuang Station, Wangda area and Dayangzhuang Station. We believe that the project is implemented in strict accordance with the approved design documents and relevant specifications, and the project quality fully meets the requirements of the design and specifications, and the quality is qualified.
Only 14 days later, on December 18, Jinan Rail Transit Group held a project acceptance meeting of Jinan Rail Transit Line 1 project in Fan Cun Vehicle Base. Before acceptance, Jinan Rail Transit Group made full preparation, not only organized a comprehensive self-inspection, but also invited experts to carry out comprehensive technical evaluation before acceptance of the project. The acceptance of the establishment of the overall group, civil engineering group, equipment group, comprehensive joint adjustment group and internal industry data group, each group has a clear division of labor, clear responsibilities. The inspection team carefully selected Zhaoying Station, Fangte station, University town main substation, vehicle base for on-site inspection and interval driving inspection, through on-site survey, data verification, inquiry and exchange and other links, the construction and comprehensive joint adjustment of line 1 for all-round, no dead Angle acceptance. It is worth mentioning that Jinan quality and safety station supervise the whole process to ensure that the acceptance process is fair, fair and open. In the end, Line 1 successfully passed the acceptance, marking that the project has successfully met the conditions for trial operation.
