Surface finishes include mill finish, anodized, and color-coated (PE/PVDF) for architectural applications. Temper conditions range from O (annealed) through H14/H24 (half-hard) to H18 (full-hard) depending on alloy and forming requirements.
The decision to add aluminum products responds to demand from existing clients who source both steel and aluminum for construction and manufacturing projects. Lightweight building envelope systems, solar panel mounting structures, and transportation equipment manufacturers increasingly specify aluminum alongside steel, and Zunkai's ability to consolidate both materials in single shipments reduces logistics costs for buyers.
The aluminum product line is sourced from ISO-certified Chinese aluminum mills with established export quality records. All shipments include mill test certificates documenting alloy composition and mechanical properties per ASTM B209 or EN 485 standards.
